This website describes the services offered at InkSquad Studio, 5118 W Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85031. Content is provided for information. Nothing on these pages is a binding quote, a confirmed booking, or medical advice.

Age and identification

You must be 18 years of age with valid government photo identification to be tattooed in Arizona. Photo ID is required for piercings as well. Minors seeking a piercing must attend with a parent or legal guardian who also presents identification, and some placements are not offered to minors at all.

Bookings and deposits

• Consultations are free and carry no obligation.
• A deposit may be required to hold an appointment slot. Where a deposit is taken it is applied to the final cost of the work.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable if an appointment is missed or canceled at short notice. The shop will confirm its current notice period when the deposit is taken.
• Quotes given at consultation reflect the design and placement discussed. Changing the design, size or placement changes the price.

Specials

Current specials are described on the specials page. They run in person at the shop and are subject to artist and chair availability. The shop may change or withdraw any special at any time, and the specials page always carries the current version. Specials cannot be combined with each other unless the shop says so at the counter.

Suitability and refusal of service

Our artists and piercers may decline any request, including designs, placements or jewelry that in their professional judgment will not heal well, will not age well, or is unsafe for the client. Clients who arrive intoxicated will be asked to rebook.

Aftercare, healing and touch-ups

Written aftercare is given before you leave. Healing outcomes depend heavily on how that aftercare is followed, along with individual skin, sun exposure, medication and general health, all of which are outside the shop's control. Touch-ups on our own tattoo work are handled at the shop. Work done elsewhere is assessed case by case. Laser results vary between individuals and no specific number of sessions or degree of clearance is guaranteed.

Photographs of tattoos, piercings and the shop are used to show the type of work carried out. They are examples and not a promise of an identical result. All images and text on this site remain the property of InkSquad Studio unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Arizona law, InkSquad Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
